My tracking number is AS810555816CN. It says origin unknown????

I have already had 3 packages not delivered to me they were delivered to the wrong address. This is the 4th time sending out a package to me. I looked up my tracking number and it says origin unknown??? So how in the world am I going to get my package this time if it doesn't even know where the package is going? Is this a scam. Again this is the 4th attempt to get me my package

Hi there,
I hope you can help me. I ordered something from Aliexpress on 20th April, and apparently it was handed over to the airline on 23rd April. It's 25th May and when I track it, it appears as it was in Singapore and now its location is "UNKNOWN". I'm also looking for some information about parcel with tracking number LB132494512SG, as this one seems to have some more information but I don't understand if it is already in the UK or not.
