I ordered 3 Expandable Faux Privacy Fences on October 27, 2020 and as of today January 25, 2021 I have NOT received my order. I have been constantly tracking and it has shown that the order arrived in Canada on December 1, 2020. There have been no further updates since then. I have been tracking every week since then. I checked yesterday, January 24, 2021 and it shows that my tracking is EXPIRED! Why is this? This company has had my money since October 27, 2020 and I have NOTHING to show for it. I have sent numerous e-mails asking and all I get in return is a GENERIC e-mail...never answering any of my questions. I'm really upset with no one giving me a straight answer on my order. My tracking number is LP00418804426124. My order number from the company is OK14495. It looks like the company is Oaklyn??? I get no help on the Canada Post website. I have paid for something and not received and they have my money collecting interest. Can you PLEASE help me? Thank you. Susan Simpson

Do you make the order from AliExpress? If so, you need to open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund in time.
