My package last shown arriving in san francisco 2 weeks ago. Being that I can’t track my package I contacted the USPS and they informed me the package was delivered in Texas. I believe they might have made a mistake but if by chance they aren’t mistaken then I need this resolved or some kind of actual update on where my package is. My tracking number is UM522792353CN. Order was place on 07/31/2021 and has been at the same BENSENVILLE, IL 60106, Your item was picked up by a shipping partner . This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.
