Lost package

My package last shown arriving in san francisco 2 weeks ago. Being that I can’t track my package I contacted the USPS and they informed me the package was delivered in Texas. I believe they might have made a mistake but if by chance they aren’t mistaken then I need this resolved or some kind of actual update on where my package is. My tracking number is UM522792353CN. Thank you for your help

Hi Matthew,

It's not delivered. It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Feb. 28. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.

If it's an order, you need to contact the seller to ask for refund or require the seller to send one again to you as soon as possible.
