Never delivered

Well as isee others had the same thing happen to them. They claim they sent it out but not received. They resent and give me the same tracking number which still says it was delivered. The new number They don't send. Telling me to just use the old one. This is a scam. Turning it over to the credit card company

I can see the package history and the date delivered, but unable to see what address it was delivered to, nor the courrier who delivered it. The only courrier name I can see anywhere is LinLong? I'm unaware of this courrier having fleets in NB Canada. I assume where it landed in USA then had to cross the border into Canada that the Courrier changed? Cand you please try to find the address or PO Box that it was delivered to or what Corrier delivered it? Thank you for your help!
