Never received my package, neither can I track it.

I ordered a product from Amazon and it said the shipped by China Post. But I can not track the product and should have received it 2 weeks ago. When contacted Amazon, they said the shipper itself is the seller which in this case is China Post. But I can not get it contact and also there is no update about the product. Now that I have experienced this, I see so many people with the same issue. What's happening?
