Hi nathalievdahmani,

It was handed over to the carrier for transportation on March 8 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in France after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
I bought a lamp from Aliexpress which was sent to me in Canada on March 6. The China post tracking ( CY026983814CN )is stating that on March 8 the package was about to leave China for Canada
No tracking happen after that for 17 days and on March 25, suddenly the tracking was stating that the package was still in China and delivered to a carrier....which carrier ???
Why it was not sent to Canada? Where it is going with that carrier? Since March 25, again another 3 weeks without any tracking events so far....
Now this has been more than a month (45 days in fact)that it was sent but still it seem that it is still in China?

I checked with Canada post and they confirm having received a notice on March 8 to await for the package but they say that it never come to Canada so far and they say that the package is still in China....
Then here is our question...
Where is the package now and why it is still in China and not heading to Canada?
