I shipped a wig on the 2nd of March 2021 and on the 27th of March it had been presented to customs in Zhengzhou however the person I sent to has not yet received the wig. My tracking number is RJ020923619ZA

Hello, I shipped a pack CP068222782IT in December 2020, arrived China the 4th of January, then it stocked at custom, last news I had from tracking pack service showed it on the way back to Italy at Shanghai the 15th of March, then nothing more.

I returned an item to China from the UK with tracking number RY274025795GB on the 12th March 2021. It was released from customs on the 29th March 2021 but it has still not been delivered. I know there are delays but this has now been nearly 3 months. I hope somebody can help. I am wanting a refund for this item that I purchased and if the company I purchased it from do not receive it then I will not receive my refund.
