My package has been stuck in a sorting facility for 3 weeks with no movement and the actual order was made a month ago . Is this parcel lost

My package has been stuck Shenzhen international mail exchange bureau processing center since April 15, 2020 @ 3:30 arrived at the waypoint..no further tracking information..
