Hi Sassy,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The order tracking number is WUYOU1665575848. According to All-In-One Package Tracking (17TRACK), the ordered laptop was successfully delivered to my address on 2025.02.16. I did not receive any notification about the delivery (post, ccouriers) either by phone or by e-mail. I have not received the ordered goods since then.
Who delivered the ordered goods in Hungary and to which post office, which courier service?
Please take the necessary measures to get the laptop to the delivery address.
