No package or notice delivered

I don't have the package, can someone get it where they took it to and bring it to my address I put in at checkout

My tracking number is LY479433735CN
It says it has been attempted to be delivered and to look for a notice from the carrier but I didn’t get any notice or package. Can you tell me what is going on or what carrier it is on? Thank you.

This parcel has been returned to the sender.
Regarding this parcel, the dealer says in relation to re-delivery:
"we need to wait for the return notice from the logistics company"

What does the return notice mean here?
Also, how long does it take to issue a return notice?

My Paket has not been delivered/ it is not at my new or old address

I contacted you earlier that my address was wrong (it changed my address when I went from the ad to the store back to my old address and I didn't notice at first) I got an email from you that you changed the Address, but I haven't got any Paket or notice for a Paket.
I also filled out a Nachsendeantrag (a form to fill out at the German post to make them send you a Paket if you moved) that also seem to not work. I can't see any information here where the Paket was delivered to where is it ?
