No tracking update in a month

Hi, I'd like to check the status of my package UM225168271US , as it hasn't been updated on the tracking system for over a month, and if it's lost, I need confirmation from China Post in order to claim a refund from the buyer of the product that I'm expecting, thanks!

Hi Kai,

Is the destination China? If so, there should be problem for the address that makes it stuck. You need to let the receiver in China to contact China Post by calling 11185 to further check it.
