This is my last update, any idea how much longer I'm going to have to wait?
Apparently my parcel is in the UK now and being held by customs:

Hi Daisy,
Thanks for the response, on 2nd September I was at home. There was no delivery made, if it was made the postal worker or delivery driver would have taken a picture as proof of delivery which would have been sent. This has not happened. I have contacted the seller and have received no response. This needs looking into as a matter of urgency.

Hi SteveHill21,
We could only see it was delivered. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. You still need to contact the seller to get a solution. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

It was delivered on Sep.2. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it for you in time.
