It hasn't arrived in China. You'd better contact Royal Mail to check it for you if it couldn't be delivered in time.

It's in Shanghai now. You'd better let the receiver in Shanghai call EMS service number 11183 to further check it if it's stuck for a long time.

Hi Harry,

You need to call again to China Post. We are only a tracking platform and couldn't deal with the package. What we could only see is it's stuck in Shanghai now.
