No Update Since “Departure From Processing Center”

Hello, I wanted to see what delay is happening with my 2 packages from Dgate. I have 2 separate tracking numbers but both statuses say “Departure From Processing Center [DongGuanShi] since 13 March. It’s now 27 March and the update is the same. Can you please explain why and what this update means?

Hi Mk408,

They should be delayed due to some reason. I suggest you wait for more days to see. If they stuck for over a month, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.
