No update since the 13th of Aug?

Hey my parents shipped a box for me and my family here in china. The package hasn't been scanned since the 13th I'm worried it might be lost. it was sent with another box which arrived just fine but not this one.

Hi steve,

Find a Chinese friend who can speak Chinese to help you call China Post service number 11185 to further check it as soon as possible. According to the tracking number it has been stuck in Shanghai since August 13.

2020-08-13 15:13 - CHINA, SHANGHAI, Departed -> Your item departed a transfer airport in PU DONG, SHANGHAI, CHINA on August 13, 2020 at 3:13 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
