No update on the parcel

I ordered an item (toy) on 3rd Oct. The status was updated as shipped to courier on 4th Oct. The parcel was supposed to arrive on 13th Oct. But there is no update.
The order no is given as 12563254589.

Could you please update?

Who promise your the parcel wil arrive on 13th Oct? The seller?

If your package tracking number is composed with 11 numbers, your parcel is sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap and slow service. It isn't registered and couldn't be tracked in China Post tracking system. In most cases, it needs about one or two months to reach the destination country.

By the way, your tracking number seems to be a fake one. You'd better ask the right on from the seller.

It's been 2 weeks that my parcel has been "leaving" Guangzhou TAC Terminal.
Latest update was on december 11th, and no update since then, I don't know where my parcel is.. could you help me track it?
I have the right to know whether the parcel is in transit or lost.
I had parcel cost more than this one, and even being sent / leave the TAC after this parcel. They arrived safely last week.
