My order LZ355078935CN hasn't been updated for a long time, should I expect it to arrive soon or is it lost or something

It's not lost. It's delayed in Guangzhou due to some reason. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi, my package has had an alert on it for 5-6 days now. I am wondering what happened to the package and if it's still in transit. The company i bought the product from is not responding to me and I'd really appreciate any updates.
