No Updates On My Shipment

My tracking number is EV955328197CN
It's being shipped from China to Malaysia and the status is 到达广州国际交换站 since 25/1
I need to know how long will it take to update and proceed, I need to know what's happening and how long should I expect. Thanks.

Hi withinchaos,

Due to the coronavirus, it's delayed in China. In normal, it should be delivered to Malaysia in 20 days. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
