No updates since April 3rd, help please

Tracking number LY080608455CN
Has been in transit 30+ days. Before today, the last update said despatched from way point. Now the date hasn't changed, but now it is saying processed through. Does this mean anything? I asked the sender to check on it, but all they said was it was "It was on the way shipping abroad and it might be delayed in such a special situation. If any updated, I will let u know." So, I still have no idea where I stand with the package. When it will come, even if it will come. I was told when it shipped, it was 8-10 day shipping, but it could take up to 30 days maximum because of the virus. It's been over 30 days now, and I'm worried.

Also, USPS now shows the same "processed" info, before it said "waiting for package"
