The status says the package was devliered but nothing was left at my door step. Do you have USPS delivery number?

Hi mcarew87,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the number. In normal, you need to require the seller to open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I'm unaware of this courrier having fleets in NB Canada. I assume where it landed in USA then had to cross the border into Canada that the Courrier changed?
