not delivered t oaddress

Hello.
chasing shipment ZA05515708701. it says delivered on sunday 19/04. but it is not in address even today - postcode F31 V670. Is it possible to find out exactly which courier was handling it inside Ireland?

I can see the package history and the date delivered, but unable to see what address it was delivered to, nor the courrier who delivered it. The only courrier name I can see anywhere is LinLong? I'm unaware of this courrier having fleets in NB Canada. I assume where it landed in USA then had to cross the border into Canada that the Courrier changed?
