My tracking number is am506726302cn provided by china post. I have not received the parce. China post says that it delivered to Ottawa but did not mention my address. Please arrange to locate my parcel and forward to correct address.

It has been delivered. Sorry, we are only a tracking platform and couldn't deal with the package. As it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
