My package RV115269896CN has been stuck in the same tracking update for three weeks saying its been at the Qingdao international mail exchange center. My package has no actual update in three weeks and I don't think I'm going to even actually see my package with no update saying if its left or if its transferring.
It arrived in Sierra Leone West Africa on August 6 last update. Please let me know if it scam.
