Order delivered but non received

in the tracking site I understand that the two orders AS155904603CN AS155843310CN were delivered but I did not receive anything. I also asked the neighbors if they saw the courier pass and did not pass.How do I find my package?

We have placed an order (Order no - TFC38878 - Fully automatic roti and chapati maker.) on 21 May 2025, but we have not received our order yet. I have tried to track the order with tracking number - GZ0000592902YQ).
The last update is available on the tracking website - like it had been delivered at Munchen 81477, but we have not received it yet. Also there is no update after 29th may in tracking information.

Could you please check where my order is?.
