Order delivered but not received

I ordered two items, the first one arrived on june 1, the second isn’t arrived although it says it has been delivered in june 6.

Hi jenny,

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact Poste Italiane who delivered this package to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible.

We have placed an order (Order no - TFC38878 - Fully automatic roti and chapati maker.) on 21 May 2025, but we have not received our order yet. I have tried to track the order with tracking number - GZ0000592902YQ).
The last update is available on the tracking website - like it had been delivered at Munchen 81477, but we have not received it yet. Also there is no update after 29th may in tracking information.
