Order delivered not received

My order delivered Torrente 46900 Spain not received nro SH9900353638YQ and SH9900762816YQ. Zalando order. Delivery person delivered order to the wrong person or store. Help Please.

Hi Douglas Pinto,

They are shipped by Shenzhen Shenghang International Logistics Co., Ltd. (深圳升航国际物流有限公司). Tracking information shows they were delivered on August 9. If you don't receive them, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check them for you in time.

We have placed an order (Order no - TFC38878 - Fully automatic roti and chapati maker.) on 21 May 2025, but we have not received our order yet. I have tried to track the order with tracking number - GZ0000592902YQ).
The last update is available on the tracking website - like it had been delivered at Munchen 81477, but we have not received it yet. Also there is no update after 29th may in tracking information.

Could you please check where my order is?.
