I placed an order with Mizaloom os Saturday August 23 @ 8:38pm CST, I got an email with my tracking number a few days later, tracking number ZA01955485401. I got a notification my package was delivered on 9/21/25, but it was not. I have contacted the vendor and they suggested I reach out o you the courier. I just want the items I purchased or my money back

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The only tracking info I can get through tracking is that it is in transit. What does that mean, it doesn't take over a month to fly from China to the US. It is suppose to be in the hands of USPS yet they can't give me any information on this order. I just want to know where this order is and when I can expect delivery. When I placed the order delivery was 15-20 days.
If this order is not on it's way I want it cancelled.

Hello again... Spencer Gunter order (#H362W41X301), with Tracking (#UE888651725KG), has gone past the 10 week mark now. Considering that 3 days after the order was placed, I received a conformation that the order was completed, along with the above tracking number, one would think there should be some information available about the order through the tracking system. In view of all the port issues, specifically Shenzhen, Is it possible the order is tied up there ? After 10 weeks, there should be information to verify the status of the order somewhere. Seems to me Spencer Gunter is not doing a very good job of serving their customers. Hope you guys can shed some light on the status of this order. --- Thanks, David R. Bohnke

Hi,
We have placed an order (Order no - TFC38878 - Fully automatic roti and chapati maker.) on 21 May 2025, but we have not received our order yet. I have tried to track the order with tracking number - GZ0000592902YQ).
The last update is available on the tracking website - like it had been delivered at Munchen 81477, but we have not received it yet. Also there is no update after 29th may in tracking information.

Could you please check where my order is?.
