Ordered a treadmill and it says was delivered but never received it.

I was immediately charged for this item in May, 2025 but as on 7/9/25, I have not received the item. Believe this is a scam and this will be reported.

LZ953265410CN on Amazon says "parcel handed to carrier" however I have ordered a treadmill est. weight approx 20-35kg, and from what I can see LZ codes are only used or parcels under 2kg. Can you please advise if this is likely an incorrect item/is there even a parcel on it's way to me? It's due to arrive by 19th March, and no updates at all on tracking. Thanks

Package I ordered and paid for in January said it was post to be delivered on or before March 13th it's still saying that it is in shaghai EMS China it's been there since the 24th of February no updates since then please help me I received the other two items I ordered and paid for the same day as this one and I also ordered my wife a bag on March 3rd I got it today so I'm very confused about why I haven't received this one the seller keep telling me he doesn't know what or where it is to be patient

Where my ordered bike is located, it says that it has been delivered, but I haven't received anything at all, how is that possible. Truck number AT258457497CN
