I ordered an Outdoor electric bike from MCS ([email protected] last 20 March 2023 marked MCS Order number 12165, and with UseePay number 202303210150159461228090000. Today I checked with China Post tracking number supplied AS 750471896CN and says US, delivered 2023-4-20 time 23:24. Until today 16 May 2023, I have not receive the package I ordered.
I would appreciaciate very much if you could help me on this problem. I wish to know if they have offices here in the USA, or in Los angeles.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
