Package appears delivered, but haven't received anything.

One of my packages was sent to be delivered by ChinaPost and the tracking website says that it was delivered on 4th November but I still haven't received anything. I sent many emails but haven't gotten any reply. My tracking number is AS810557794CN, can you help me with the shipment details and why it hasn't been delivered yet?

We could only see it was delivered on Nov. 4. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
