Package delay

Hello,
I've ben keeping track of my package LY093945972CN. The last update is See is from 4/23 and it just says "airline departure". Does this mean that my package has left China? It was supposed to get here last Monday.

Hi CV22,

It has left China on April 23 and is en route to the US now. It takes about another 10-20 days to be delivered if there is no delay.
