Hi Julia,

It was delivered to air transport on March 28 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

What does "Departure" actually mean? In the air flying to my country?? (2 replies)

Hi,
My package LY921349895CN is stuck in Airline Departure. A flight to the USA from China is just a certain number of hours. Does "Departure" mean it actually departed, and flying in the air to the USA - or is it a false phrase? When will it reach the USA considering its departure from China?

Hi, my package has been showing 'Flight Departure' or 'Cleared and awaiting international departure' for 6 weeks now. Is it lost and should I call China Post or the seller?
