Hi,

The tracking number of my package is LX140005397CN. Since May 17 there has been no update available, and I do not know its location. Kindly provide me with an update on this.

Hi RD25,

It was delivered by airline on May 21. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Yes I've checked my package all the way to the day it got here and it set out for delivery on Easter day which I knew it wasn't out for delivery that day but then the following day it said had to been delivered to Englewood My question is was this package delivered to a another carrier like USPS or UPS when it states that it was delivered to Englewood or was it delivered to my shipping address or claim to be delivered on the day that it said delivered because I never received a package and I'm trying to track it down and I assuming that it never even was sent or processed and I was scammed can someone please get back with me 720-210-2336
