Tracking number: CC185394723SE

My package seems to have been stuck in Shanghai for about a month. Is there anything I need to do to get it moving or keep waiting?

What's the destination? It should have left China and in transit to the destination now.

The destination is South Korea.

But I have still not gotten any notifications about it's whereabouts.

I still says it's in Shanghai when I try to track it.
