Package Help - No update for over a week

I'm contacting you regarding a package under shipping #zc06298038799 it has been in USA customs for over a week with no movement. Can you please provide an update on when i can expect to receive it. Additionally if the package is lost how do i file a claim?

Hi Rachel Petitt,

You need to contact the seller to make sure it's lost and get refund from the seller in time.
