Package in destination country but not received!?

Hi! I have three packages that arrived destination country (Norway) two weeks ago. SY13681276022 , SYRM101450976 & SYRM101797624 ! But they have not moved since and I have not received them. During COVID-19 there should not be a bigger delay than max one week after arriving Norway. I have called the national postal service and they said it is not normal for the package to take so long and also that they could not find the tracking numbers in their system. I have been waiting for these packages since 15 of March and I am getting kind of feed up. The packages have either been lost or they are not in Norway as the tracking indicates. Can someone please tell me where on earth my packages? Thanks..

Got the same issue wonder if you ever received your package because seller gave me a 2nd tracking number the never helped the post said it hasn't arrived in the country
They have been in Norway sine April 22 and may be delayed to be delivered in Norway. It's sent by Shunyou express in China by the seller. You need to contact the seller to check it for you.
