It's not lost. Most of the packages are delayed due to coronavirus. There is few flight to US which makes it delayed. You'd better wait for another 20 days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution.

My package was shipped Dec 1st. Tracking said it would be delivered today (16th) by 8pm. It never came, so I looked up the tracking and it had changed and now says "The package is in transit for 16 days.
The last update on package location received on December 11."
What does this mean? Do I have to wait another 16 days?
