Package in transit for over 100 days..

LX276703614CN My package flight departure was March 27th 2021 and has been "in transit" for over 100 days. I have asked the seller to help me find but they are no help. It doesn't have a Canada post tracking number because it was never claimed by canada according to the updated tracking. Can you please help me.

It hasn't been arrived in Canada. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and refund you or send one again to you now.

No update on parcel since 10Nov21.
