Hi, I ordered a package late April that didnt ship out until mid May, everywhere I checked said it would take 7-15 business days to reach me, but I still have not received it and the updates stop after May 28th, any help? Tracking Code is LY262083751CN

Hi AngelMedina,

It's still stuck at Beijing International Mail Exchange Station now. It will be moved to Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station and delivered to air transport in Shanghai. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. The time for it to move again depends on the processing time of China Post. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
