Package location and update

Hello,
I am Doland Miller and am trying to get an update on my package. Tracking number is UT830622782CN. It was shipped on 16 December 2019 and the last update was 7 January 2020. Could you please let me know what is going on with my package.

It has been stuck at the US second processing center since Jan. 7. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within a week after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
