Package marked as delivered but is not.

I logged on this morning to check on my delivery and discovered it was marked as delivered, ready for pickup. I don't know what to do next, the parcel was supposed to be delivered to me at 12 Davidson Street Oakey Queensland 4401. The update of the tracking details tells me nothing. If I'm ment to pick it up, where from? If the courier is ment to pick it up, have they already. Please help me.

Hi MathewMarjapuu,

If It shows delivered or waiting yo to pick up, you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post for details. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

This month of May I have 2 packages marked as delivered and I never seen my packages at my house .

My 1st package AG297315425CN was "delivered " on May 9th 10 am , so looking at the video nobody made any delivered at that time on my house ,my mail was delivered around 1:30 !

My package was marked as delivered yesterday afternoon but was not received both yesterday and today. The tracking is unavailable on USPS but is marked as delivered on another tracking website for international packages. The tracking number is AS419755888CN, and I am wondering what I can do to get my package or what even happened to my package.
