Package marked as delivered but it was not

hi,
tracking number AM698861082CN it is marked as delivered but it was not.
it says that it was delivered on the 30th of march but the 30th is a sunday and there are no deliveries hapening on sundays in switzerland.
i would like to know where the package is? with whom it was delivered in switzerland?
please help investigate as the sender does not help because he states that for him the package was delivered.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Switzerland. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to.
