Dear ,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out regarding my recent order Number SH9900458264YQ . According to the tracking information, the package was marked as “successfully delivered” on 04 July 2025, but I have not received it.

I have already checked with my neighbors and around my property, but there is no sign of the package. Could you please assist in locating it or advise on the next steps?

I ordered an item in early Jnauary. The tracking number was ZA04461944101. It's marked as delivered since Tuesday 3rd February. However, no parcel was received and my neighbours don't have it either. I don't know what carrier is supposed to have delivered it to my address e.g FedEx, UPS, etc. Can you please assist me as the company I bought from are not helping.
