How do I make a demand to get a full refund for my undelivered package

Thank you for your reply.
The seller claims that my package arrived on Sunday March 17th but it did not. I was home the entire day and nobody rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. Neither did I receive a notification of delivery, instead I had to look it up myself.
I have been asking for the exact location of my package but the only answer I get is, “it has indeed been delivered to your home”.
Since my package was never delivered or lost I claim for a full refund.
The seller first offered me a 10% refund, after declineing they now offer 20% which is not good enough.
The seller also informs me that you as the logistics company should pay for the refund. So who is responsible?
If my package is elsewhere than surely I must receive a notification for collecting it before returned to seller?
First of all I would like to get my package but that seems quite impossible on both your part and the seller to give me an exact address in order to pick it up myself, therefore I demand a full refund.

If the package is not delivered to you, you need to contact the seller to get refund in time.
