My package ZC00155239301 was never delivered to my address. trackers say it was delivered on may 13 but it was not delivered here. my building has cameras and there were no deliveries to me during the last 10 days. the store website has been shutdown so I cannot inquire there

Hi Co Lloyd,

In normal, you need to contact the seller to get a solution. As the seller couldn't be connected, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
