Hi Team,

I'm just following up LZ299755813CN. Its been sitting for some time. I tried calling Sydney customs but since i do not have an Australia post tracking number they advised for me to contact China post.

It's stuck at the customs now. You need to contact the seller to help you solve this problem in time. If it couldn't be released, the seller should give you a solution at last.

Yes I've checked my package all the way to the day it got here and it set out for delivery on Easter day which I knew it wasn't out for delivery that day but then the following day it said had to been delivered to Englewood My question is was this package delivered to a another carrier like USPS or UPS when it states that it was delivered to Englewood or was it delivered to my shipping address or claim to be delivered on the day that it said delivered because I never received a package and I'm trying to track it down and I assuming that it never even was sent or processed and I was scammed can someone please get back with me 720-210-2336
