Package not delivered

Hello, I have a package I have been waiting for. Tracking showed it at my local post office but not delivered and it is now in the twin cities. What information do I need to get ahold of USPS?
The tracking number is LY587646142CN

Yes I've checked my package all the way to the day it got here and it set out for delivery on Easter day which I knew it wasn't out for delivery that day but then the following day it said had to been delivered to Englewood My question is was this package delivered to a another carrier like USPS or UPS when it states that it was delivered to Englewood or was it delivered to my shipping address or claim to be delivered on the day that it said delivered because I never received a package and I'm trying to track it down and I assuming that it never even was sent or processed and I was scammed can someone please get back with me 720-210-2336
