My package has been blocked from GUANGZHOU EMS since 2021/09/30. Can you tell me why it is not delivered

Hi NAMECHE Pierre,

It's delayed in Guangzhou. You'd better wait for another 15 days to see if there is any update. If it's stuck there, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Yes I've checked my package all the way to the day it got here and it set out for delivery on Easter day which I knew it wasn't out for delivery that day but then the following day it said had to been delivered to Englewood My question is was this package delivered to a another carrier like USPS or UPS when it states that it was delivered to Englewood or was it delivered to my shipping address or claim to be delivered on the day that it said delivered because I never received a package and I'm trying to track it down and I assuming that it never even was sent or processed and I was scammed can someone please get back with me 720-210-2336
