Package not delivered since March and no update on tracking site since April.

My tracking no. Is CP398390270CN. It was booked around 29 March and was expected to arrive in April but not delievered uptil now.
I understand that dud to Covid-19 there is delay but its more than 3 months now.
Kindly provide details as to when it will be dispatched.

Hi Urvashi Khatri,

Coronavirus is slowing down packages and goverments are closing borders which causes delays for airplanes to transport packages. It's still stuck in China now. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution if you don't want to wait for more days.

I’m expecting a package being shipped from China to Australia with the tracking number AT677090661CN. It was handed over to China Post on 29 March, and the last available tracking update is from 31 March.
